Join our team of trained mentors making a real difference.
You must be at least 21 years of age to apply as a mentor.
No Direct Advice — on either side
Mentors do not give advice, and members may not ask for direct advice. You share your own lived experience only — how you got through it, what you tried, and which resources helped you — and never make decisions for a member or tell them what to do. Required trainings on this are provided.
Read the full No Direct Advice Policy.
Mentorship is matched strictly within the same gender — male mentors with male mentees, female mentors with female mentees, consistent with the values of the community we serve.
(Quick bullet points about who you are — a quick summary in bullets of the different things you can offer or the different life experiences you have. Type "•" or "-" at the start of each line, and please double-check your spelling.)
One character reference is required — it could be a rabbi or other spiritual leader, a teacher, an employer or colleague, a friend, or a community member. Our team may contact them before approval.
